<aside> 👋🏼 Hi! Lola here. I've been working remotely in London for 5 years. Lately, some of my friends have struggled with "home-working fatigue" as their offices are closed and will be closed for the foreseeable future (or with restricted access) — so now that it is safe-ish to be out and about again, I have been sharing informally a few of my favourite coffee shops, restaurants and hotel lobbies to work from. It is by no means a comprehensive list, but rather a selection of my go-to spots that can provide an occasional alternative to the home desktop. Some of the places I listed are currently closed or offer limited service, and I added a note whenever relevant, but I would definitely recommend always checking in advance if they are accessible before going. Happy exploring! Side note: if you're out an about between meetings, Joe and the Juice and Pret à Manger are everywhere and always good enough options!
